Sarah Raumaker is the Supervising Broker Associate for SERHANT. in Orlando, where she oversees brokerage operations, compliance, agent support, training, and office growth. She enjoys helping agents build successful, ethical businesses as they navigate the ever-changing world of real estate.

Sarah's real estate career began in sales, where she found success working directly with customers. Along the way, she realized her passion wasn't just helping people buy and sell homes - it was building systems, solving problems, and supporting the people behind the business. Today, she works closely with agents on everything from contracts and compliance to education, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching, helping create an environment where they can do their best work.

Long before real estate, Sarah was a musical theatre performer. In fact, performing at Disney is what originally brought her to Orlando from NYC. That chapter taught her how to think on her feet, communicate with all kinds of people, and bring energy and creativity into everything she does; skills that have served her just as well in real estate as they did on stage.

When she's not at the office, Sarah is busy keeping up with her five kids, who ensure life is never boring. Whether she's solving a brokerage challenge or coordinating the logistics of a family of seven, she's learned how to bring a little bit of order to the chaos!
