Founded in February 2024 by Regional Operator Mark Raumaker and Managing Broker Sarah Raumaker in direct partnership with Ryan Serhant, the office was built from scratch and has grown into one of the fastest-moving brokerages in the Orlando metro.

Orlando closed 383 transactions totaling $184.1 million in sales volume with $5.04 million in gross commission income across 40+ active producing agents and multiple specialized teams. Mark Raumaker personally produced $17 million in sales while leading the office’s growth, recruiting, and brand strategy.
Who Leads SERHANT. Orlando
Mark Raumaker, Regional Operator. Born and raised in New York City, Mark performed in three national Broadway tours: Grease, 9 to 5: The Musical, and The Wedding Singer. He spent six years at Walt Disney World performing in the Finding Nemo: The Musical stage show at Animal Kingdom before transitioning to real estate in 2016. That performance background shaped his approach to storytelling, personal brand, and client experience.
