SERHANT. Orlando is the Central Florida office of SERHANT., a media-driven real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, developers, and agents across Orlando and the surrounding region. The brokerage combines local market knowledge, in-house media capabilities, and a global brand platform to represent luxury homes, new development, relocation, and residential real estate throughout Central Florida.
Launched in 2024, SERHANT. Orlando operates from downtown Orlando at 37 N Orange Avenue. The office was built for a market where media, technology, personal brand, and experienced local representation all matter.
Who Leads SERHANT. Orlando
Mark Raumaker, Regional Director | SERHANT. Orlando. Mark began selling real estate in 2016 and went on to build The Home Squad before moving into market leadership with SERHANT. Orlando. His work spans luxury residential real estate, agent recruiting and development, media-led marketing, in-house Studios, and relationships with builders and developers. Before real estate, Mark worked as a professional actor and Broadway performer, a background that continues to shape his approach to communication and property marketing.
